This is an opportunity to work on a dynamic projects ranging from end user support to server management and infrastructure deployment in a Cisco VOIP environment.
Requirements:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software (OS and MS Office) issues with workstations.
- Comfortable supporting back-end infrastructure including servers, firewalls and switches.
- System administration with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
- Configuring and troubleshooting user accounts and profiles.
- Dealing with shared network resources such as printers, file shares and tape devices.
- Configuring & troubleshooting backup jobs with BackupExec
- Working knowledge of networking protocols and configurations.
- Working knowledge of Soniwall Firewalls and configurations.
Candidate must have:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- -Excellent Customer Service Skills
